The seafood, in particular, is always extremely fresh. The soup bases are always flavourful and have an excellent balance of spices and herbs. They have a variety of soup bases to choose from, so there's something for everyone's taste. The service is always good, and the English-speaking staff make it easy to navigate the menu and make recommendations. I often bring guests to this restaurant, and they've all been impressed by the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service. It's a must-visit for both locals and tourists alike. The location is great, which makes it easy to find and convenient to get to. Overall, I highly recommend this hot pot restaurant. I enjoyed the hot pot a lot! Recommend by a hongkoneese colleague for dinner. Too many to choose from the menu and you need to write on the paper. We chose original hot soup and chicken soup. For ingredients, some meats and vegetables, fried fish skins, fried something soft, cheese fish ball, some bloody jelly, Wonton... Their sugar cane juice matches a lot with the hot pot, I highly recommend. The staff are full of hospitality, they are very quick to serve, fill the soup,and clean dishes. During my stay in Hong Kong for a business trip, it was great experience to have meal here.

My go to hot pot restaurant, this place has a fun retro feel to it. The food is always fresh and tasty and their meatballs and fried fish skin are made in-house and not just the cheap, tasteless stuff you can buy at the wet market. Portions are ample and service is always prompt. For big groups, reserving one of the semi-private rooms is best. The beef sashimi is unique, never seen that before at other places. Also the Chinese fried "donut" topped with shrimp paste is one of my favorites
