Fresh ingredients and good selection of offal / innards (mostly pork). Soup base had good amount of ingredients, though would've liked to have more dipping sauce options apart from just soya sauce. Trendy, old nostalgia themed restaurant layout. Staff were also quite friendly.

One of the best hotpot in HK! Super fresh food and the beef J’s fantastic. Can’t reorder because all old out after 2 big sets. Very good for this funny time because each person has individual pot. Other good are also fantastic so happy! 😋😋

Personal hotpot for everyone format is great. Highlights from the food were the pork tendon, sashimi and shrimp rolls. Max spice went great with Barolo.
