<Japanese Hotpot with Collagen Soup Base> Bijin Nabe serves Japanese style hotpot with signature collagen chicken stock. For HKD$168 per dinner set, it’s worth a try. The set includes minced chicken and meat of your choice, as well as a huge bowl of assorted veggies. And there are so many different kinds of seasonings for you to choose from. I personally love all the sesame sauce, thick and aromatic, and they went very well with the chicken and pork. It made me feel really healthy eating all the veggies in this assorted veggie bowl. They were all very fresh, and tasted so good after cooking with the collagen chicken stock! And this is the collagen chicken stock. It looked like a pudding at the beginning, and slowly melted upon heating. The stock was so delicious! Make sure you take some sips before you put anything in! Above the pot was the Mentaiko Cheese Minced Chicken, Chicken and Pork Belly I chose. The mentaiko and cheese made amazing chicken meat balls with the minced meat, very delicious! The chicken and pork belly were great meat too! We topped up for the Japanese Hagoromo Noodles with HKD$38. It’s on the right, between the veggie bowl and pot.The noodles were great! Especially after cooking in the stock. Not your ordinary Japanese noodles! Worth a try.
