Sunday 12:00 First visit I made a reservation, but I guess it's okay if I don't make a reservation... It was pretty empty so I was able to relax (*^^*) Green tea was brought to me after I took my order. Ordered unagiju and grilled liver. Grilled liver arrived in about 10 minutes It's processed very beautifully ✨️ There's little bitterness and it's easy to eat. Unaju arrived in about 30 minutes! It's eel heavy, but it's a bowl! w It's small, but the meat is thick and fatty! It's really fluffy and melts in your mouth The natural sweetness of the eel and the saltyness of the sauce are an exquisite balance. The sauce is not sweet.The soy sauce stands out. Well, soy sauce is delicious... Although it has a strong seasoning, it does not interfere with the taste of the eel. It was a truly delicious unagiju that made you want to fully enjoy the taste of the eel itself, to the point where you felt the taste of Japanese pepper was superfluous. The price is a little high and the threshold is high, but I think it's worth trying it once. I think you will be impressed by the unique taste. The price for lunch is 8,800 yen including tax. Grilled liver 1,300 yen including tax + 10% service For the tea, we had cold green tea first, hot hojicha for the eel jus, and another hot hojicha for the final dessert. The tea fee included service. An old folk house with an atmosphere. After entering the store, you will be taken to the second floor. I ordered liver skewers, uzaku, shirayaki and eel. I waited for the eel while eating a dish. The rice bowl arrives in about 40 minutes. Unadon style. The eel is soft and plump. The sauce isn't sweet, but rather than sharp, it's elegant and gentle enough to not interfere with the eel itself. The rice is also delicious. It's delicious. The final soy milk pudding with brown sugar syrup is also excellent. An elegant dish that you can eat forever. Thank you for the meal~♪

This is the 4th time I have used it. The eel served in a calm, historical atmosphere is incredibly plump and has the flavor of a long-established restaurant. This is the best shop in terms of phone calls for reservations and customer service.
