I thought there would be a wait since the food is prepared after ordering, but the food came out without too much of a wait. Since I was working in Tokyo, I went to several famous eel restaurants, and the food was almost as good as any of them. Liver sucking is exquisite. The kids also said it was delicious. The sauce is a little thin, but it's delicious. The carp cod was delicious with the vinegar-miso sauce, and it was the first time my kids had tasted it in their lives. As expected, the grilled liver was sold out, which was a shame. I think I want to go again.
Matsu set meal. I was a little nervous since I was a junior high school student at an eel specialty store. What I felt when I received it was, "Do you need a sauce with a strong taste for delicious eel?" It's lighter and refreshing than the eel sauce you buy at the supermarket. And the biggest purpose of making it a set meal is rough. The sea bream with vinegar miso was so delicious that I forgot that it was a freshwater fish.
It was exceptionally delicious. I want to bring my children too! I thought, but it's a shop for adults only. In addition to Oju, you can also enjoy it with sake such as Shirayaki, Koiarai, and Liver soup.
