I got Matsushige. I like the taste of Yasuike's sauce. The eel is soft and fluffy. It seems that you can have a large serving of rice, but the regular serving is good enough to fill you up. On the side menu, we also had an assortment of tsukudani and pickles, but they were all delicious. In particular, Tsukudani is exhausted in one word, "It's delicious after all." The child who went with me wanted to eat white rice after eating tsukudani, so when I ordered white rice, I was served with eel sauce. ✨ The blue sky jelly was also delicious💕

First of all, the customer service is wonderful. I felt really welcomed. I felt very comfortable during my stay. This place is famous for tsukudani, so I honestly didn't have high expectations for eel, but I was betrayed in a good way. The seasoning of the sauce is exquisite, the rice is crispy, and the eel is slightly diluted but fluffy. The balance was harmonious at a very high level. It fits perfectly with the image of the taste you imagine when you want to eat eel. I would love to hear from you again. My heart and stomach were filled.

It is a long-established Tsukudani shop. The eel is famous and of course delicious, but I recommend the leaf chili pepper. Please try it at least once
