I visited in January 2023 and ordered Unaju no Yuki (2 eels). The eel seems to be steamed and you can enjoy its soft and fluffy texture. The sauce is slightly sweet and the rice is slightly firm. It was to my liking and very tasty. There are two eels, so there is a volume, but it is not persistent and I got a pleasant feeling of fullness. Because I had made a reservation, it was served in less than 10 minutes after I was seated.
