In Fussa, this eel restaurant is as popular as Kubota. Miss you on Sunday afternoon. There is a counter and a tatami room, where you can eat. Prices are reasonable nowadays. Order ``Toku'' and get a large serving of rice (110 yen). I waited for about 10 minutes, and since the lid wouldn't close on the large serving, it appeared with a lid on it. It also comes with liver soup and plenty of pickles, so it's perfect for taking a break from chopsticks. The rice is just the right hardness...the una is soft and delicious...the sauce is a matter of personal preference. As everyone has reviewed, it's light and not too sweet. My wife, who went with me, said that it would have been better if it was a little thicker, but I was able to enjoy the eel until the end without getting tired of it. It was a local eel restaurant with an easy-to-enter atmosphere that didn't make you feel like it was too difficult to enter.
In the evening, I went to the large tatami room in the back with my children. Two special eel dishes, Shirayaki (no rice soup), Ordered a bottle of beer. Previously, unagiju was rich with plenty of dashi, but Nowadays, the dashi stock is less so, so it's easier to eat. However, the rice is small so Men might like a large portion. Rice has a lot of water. Shirayaki is light and delicious with wasabi and soy sauce. Payment is by cash or PayPay only. Immediately after entering the entrance, there are 3 or 4 seats at the counter. 2 tables in the tatami room, a large tatami room and a small tatami room in the back. I was led to a large tatami room in the back, A table for 4 people Four in a row for banquets, Groups of 4 people or less can include 4 groups, but Because the tables are connected Entry and exit is only from the narrow parts at both ends. Might be inconvenient when it's crowded. There is a parking lot next to the store.
