Outstanding food and service..

I went to the store for the first time. I went on a Saturday around 6pm, and it was so popular that most seats were reserved. The female staff was very kind and made me want to eat even though I had to wait. I ordered hitsumabushi, and everything about it was delicious, including the plump eel, the deliciousness of the sauce, the ogoge, and the ochazuke to finish it off, and I finished it even though I was full. It's very satisfying with a big sauce. The bill was handled by a female staff member when I entered the store, and she was smiling and polite until the end, and I was really satisfied. Next time I'll make sure to make a reservation before going.

It was a shame that I came by myself around 12:30, but when I asked for a tatami room or a table instead of the counter, I was quickly refused, so when I was about to leave, Morohoshi-san arranged for me to come to the parking lot. They said they would free up a table. It was helpful because I wanted to eat in a relaxed manner. Of course I ate enough for two people.
