Niiza, Saitama, Japan｜Washoku Daikoku Niizaten

I ordered Unaju "Zu". It was light and fluffy and had a texture that melted in your mouth. It is better to wait for an hour before the Unaju arrives. I also had a salad and pudding, both of which were very good! It was very helpful to be able to smoothly enter the store with a wheelchair.

I had white dashimaki eggs, skewers of Japanese black beef, thick eel matsu, and shiratama kudzu-kiri cream anmitsu. The eel was topped with oil and was very delicious. I am full!

It was the most elaborate course meal I've ever had, and it looked and tasted amazing!! It left my stomach and soul very satisfied!!
