Best quality of Unagi, good old Japanese atmosphere with fine service.

First visit on a weekday. A calm Japanese house. Since it was only on weekdays, I was told whether I would prefer a table or a tatami room, but this time I chose the tatami room. Shirayaki is delicious with eel fat and served with ginger soy sauce. The kabayaki was just the right amount of sweetness and fluffy, and I enjoyed it with the fragrant Japanese pepper.

I went to eat dinner. It was my first time at this store, and everyone, including the employees, was very polite and provided good customer service. Of course, this restaurant serves eel, but they also have carp-based dishes, and they also have dishes that you can't find anywhere else, such as koi koku and carp arai. When it comes to eel, it's common for this type of expensive restaurant, but it's a given that it's delicious. The Koi Koku was also very delicious, with a sweet flavor and a full-bodied flavor. Carp has no odor at all, so it is very easy to eat.
