It is located on the left immediately after entering Itabashi Oyama Happy Road Shopping Street from Kawagoe Kaido. A while back, I went there to try Hitsumabushi for the first time. This time I visited to try ``Shirayaki'' for the first time. I took the opportunity to order the "Torajiro Set Meal". It took 20 to 30 minutes to complete, so I had a bottle of beer, Kimoyaki, and green onion skewers. The shirayaki was topped with wasabi. I can't get enough of the fluffy texture! I poured a little soy sauce on the rice. It tastes strange. I think it's better not to use it too much. Kabayaki was also soft and delicious. The rice was also more voluminous than it looked and left me feeling full. It was delicious. It was a feast.

I visited for dinner and had a Torajiro set meal. Shirayaki and kabayaki are served as a set. The eel is very delicious in a beautiful shop, and they also offer delicious sake. If you make a reservation in advance and order the menu, the food will be served relatively quickly. It was a shop that I wanted to visit again.

Even if it's crowded, just watching the eel being cooked next to you while you wait will make you excited. When I took the eel out of the rice bowl and put it in my mouth, it felt like the real thing.
