The unagi kabayaki was soft and delicious without any bones. Cozy 10 seater right in Ginza without a crowd. Seems like a neighborhood spot as other diners were families. They even served us a complimentary starter and showed us a chart of which part of the eel it came from.

Simple delicious meal of eel and rice. (There's also an English version of the menu available to help hapless tourists out)

Definately go for Matsu松. Very tasty and uses only Unagi from Japan.
