Very interesting Chinese fusion mixed noodle. Strong peanuts flavour spread in your mouth, and then spicy Chinese spices come next. I ordered take-away version. The recipe attached is detailed, so I wasn’t baffled at all.

2023.10 I happened to come across this while searching for a nearby ramen restaurant on Google Maps. I was interested and entered the store. The spicy tandan noodles were delicious😋 However, I like spicy food, but it was quite spicy for me, who is not very strong🤣 A must try for people who like spicy food. I think it will be especially suitable for people who like numbing types 🙆‍♂️ After the meal, the owner was smiling and said thank you many times ☺️ Thank you for always making me eat delicious food when I eat! I have a strong feeling, but it feels good to hear the store owner smile and say thank you☺️ Smiles and gratitude are important tools for building good relationships ☺️ I would love to visit you again. I love spicy tandan noodles. It uses plenty of sesame seeds, and the chili peppers and peppers are really effective. You can choose between thin noodles and thick noodles. Personally, I like thin noodles. The seasonal mixed soba noodles in October and November are also delicious. The garlic is effective, and the onions and bean sprouts are a nice accent.
