Some people may find the seasoning too strong, but it's Sichuan, so that's how it is. If you like a light taste and a fancy seasoning, I think Cantonese or Shanghai style is better. The lettuce fried rice is also delicious. Lettuce is the best. The noodles were delicious, not too sour and not too spicy. However, it really takes a long time to serve the food.
