When I happened to be walking, I saw the owner making soba (you can see it from the outside), and found out about the existence of this soba restaurant. I was thinking First visit while shopping in Futako Tamagawa. I ordered cold morisoba and tempura. First of all, it is soba, but it is a delicious soba with a firm texture. It tastes just like it was handmade, and the quality is as expected. The tempura has a crunchy texture of the vegetables, and it's quite delicious if you eat it with a little coarse salt, which is recommended. The first chilled soba tea and the soba hot water after the meal were also delicious. I was surprised that the toothpick is a 2-way specification with an interdental brush. Great little service. The signboard of the shop is also in a secluded place, and as I didn't notice it, it's a hidden shop. It feels perfect to go with an adult couple. It's a slightly upscale restaurant with mainly counter seats, so if you're visiting for the first time, you'll probably shy away from it, but if you eat soba normally (in terms of the deliciousness, quality of the ingredients, and service), the food is reasonably priced and delicious. I think you will enjoy it. When I talked to the female staff (maybe his wife) at the time of checkout, I was asked to come again. Thank you.
