More Comments at Google MapI went with my child (2 years old). The hostess's customer service, taste, and atmosphere. Everything is perfect. Children's plates and cups were provided in the tatami room. I only ate chanko, but next time I'll try something other than hotpot... It's busy on Saturdays, so you'll need to call.
Last night, I visited with my father for the first time in a while. 1 serving of chanko with miso (rice porridge to finish) Other than that, the chicken skin gyoza, fried satsuma, sashimi, shumai, and boiled kinme were all super delicious! The photo shows boiled kinme! The proprietress taught me how to take photos and I took pictures.
This is a small shop located quietly in a residential area of Chofu, run by a former sumo wrestler and his wife. The inside of the restaurant has 2 tables and 7 seats at the counter. The four of us visited and had miso chanko nabe. Lots of vegetables, seafood such as shrimp and salmon, chicken thighs, pork belly, chicken dumplings, mochi, and champon noodles are must-haves, and the ingredients are added to the iron pot. The ingredients made a nice dashi stock and the dish had a gentle flavor, so I couldn't stop using my chopsticks and finished the whole thing in no time. To finish off the meal, I ordered 3 servings of the zosui set and it was so delicious that I finished it in no time. They also had soy sauce and kimchi flavors, so I'm interested in those as well, so I'd like to come back again.
