This is a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant in Jimbocho. There are counter seats and table seats in the store, and the number of seats is generally small. As for the taste, the dough is less and the noodles are delicious. The squid tempura topping is also recommended.

I stopped by for lunch on Saturday to try Fuchuyaki. The entrance area is a bit narrow, but it looks like an antenna shop. There are table seats in the front back and left back, so it seems like there can be quite a lot of customers. Since it was still before 12 o'clock, there were quite a few seats available, so I was guided to a table in the back left where I could see the grilling process. I ordered "Neatball Udon" and "Refreshing Spicy Noodles". It's fun to be able to see the food being baked. After watching the cooking process for a while, the okonomiyaki was completed. The meatball udon has a crispy surface, chewy udon noodles, and crunchy cabbage texture, all combined with a refreshing sauce taste, making it delicious! Fuchuyaki has a nice crunchy texture. The refreshingly grilled one is impressive with the crispy texture of the noodles and juicy pork, and the spiciness is very good! This is also delicious! I might like this better than Hiroshimayaki lol By the time we finished eating, the place was almost full. It's a popular shop! Thank you for the meal. Next time, I would like to come back in the evening and have a drink and have some fun. 2023/06 I stopped by for lunch. A large mug of draft beer is a typical Hiroshima snack! The surface is crispy and the crispy noodles are very delicious. The cabbage inside was moist and delicious. Since it's Hiroshima, I thought it was Otafuku sauce, but it said "carp sauce" on the plate, so it looks like they used carp sauce. Like Otafuku sauce, it had a sweet taste, but it wasn't as sweet as Otafuku sauce, and I felt a sour taste instead. Personally, I like Carp sauce more than Otafuku sauce. I forgot to take a picture, but there was Hanakatsuo prepared on the table, so I poured a lot of it on it. I think this is one of the few restaurants in Tokyo where you can enjoy delicious Hiroshima okonomiyaki.
