People keep appearing in front of the store. They told me they would be able to wrap it in 10 minutes, so I came there after finishing another errand, and before I could get in line, the owner(?) came out and handed it to me. Takoyaki is a large, heavy item filled with filling. The texture feels more like fluffy than cauliflower. I shared it with a friend and was satisfied with 6 pieces each of dashi soy sauce and half green onion octopus.

A delicious takoyaki restaurant that serves fluffy takoyaki with dashi soup stock. The owner is also very personable and I highly recommend this place if you are in the area for business.

Ordered with Uber. The dashi soy sauce was so delicious! It's Kansai-style melty, and the outside feels a little crispy. I think you can eat it as it is without any seasoning because the taste is strong and delicious! The salted green onions were also delicious! It's a place I don't have many opportunities to go, but I want to visit next time!
