I do like the hiroshima dish and the scallops dish. And it's interesting to see the chef in action. It is also the first time that the owner of the restaurant opened the door, and gave a 90degree bow to me as I left. I feel extremely honored.

Had an amazing dinner here to start off our travels around Japan. We were meant to do to the place next door (dining version of the same restaurant) but got the doors mixed up before we figured it out. Nevertheless it was all fine, just be warned it’s not obvious. The young chef was an excellent host (I believe he is the boss’ son- showed he’s learnt a great deal from his father)! Had a lovely Chardonnay and a selection of dishes incl Scallops & Waygu Beef. Everything was cooked cleverly, artistically and was delicious. Thank you, we hope to come again!

Amazing! Seen the Paolo video on YouTube and decided to go. Staff speaks English and are super friendly. We sat at the bar and saw our food get made. Great to see and great to eat.
