Personally, Onomichi Ramen No. 1 I used to live there, but it tastes better than the authentic Onomichi ramen. Normally, when you hear about a branch restaurant in the mainland, you tend to think that the taste is lacking, but this restaurant has the best taste even in Onomichi. The noodles are made by Inoue Seimen, which is commonly used at Onomichi ramen shops. However, because the method of boiling is exquisite, even if the hardness is normal, it does not lose its unique texture. And the soup is delicious. The image of Onomichi ramen is that you might imagine it to be rich, but in reality, it is soy sauce ramen, but it has a salty taste and is light. This restaurant offers a slightly sweet soup that is easy for anyone to eat by carefully extracting the sweetness of the seafood without making it stand out. A shop that is more serious and sincere about Onomichi ramen than any other shop, without forcing it to color. When I put it in my mouth, it was a good impression, but I can't help but want this taste again. Slow-acting ramen. I think that's Onomichi ramen. If you come here in Tokyo, you can definitely eat the best Onomichi ramen. *As others have said, other Onomichi ramen in Tokyo is far from authentic. *Onomichi and Fukuyama's Onomichi ramen is also delicious enough, but this shop has quality that fits in your fingers even if you open a local shop.

Yaju Shibuya store The store is located underground. Is it okay here? I feel anxious about the journey, but the inside of the store is full of energy. This is my first time trying Onomichi ramen, but the taste is addictive. I'll come back later!

Super good monjayaki & okonomiyaki! Really nice service too! Both the monjayaki and Hiroshimayaki were freshly eaten and very delicious. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and I recommended it to my friends!
