Even if it's not on the menu, they'll make it for you if you ask, so the service is perfect (even though it's Chinese, they'll make Neapolitan and curry, etc.) The photo shows double-pot meat topped with a fluffy egg, but of course it's not on the menu. You can put fluffy eggs on a variety of things, and it goes well with dishes with strong flavors such as fried rice and garlic sprout bowls.
