OUTSTANDING PHO!! 🍲 Small VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT about 5 min walk from EBISU Station … Food was the best I have had in a long time! Recommend lunchtime reservations (lunch set menu). Menus are in English, which makes it easier but they also speak Japanese and English. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I will be back!

A small but amazing place. I may not be able to say if something is authentic or not. However, I can tell you if it's delicious. The prices were fair, the service was accommodating, and the food was delicious. Not recommended for large groups or sharing private conversations because the tables are close to each other. Other than that, outstanding.
