Recommended for those who like strong ramen. I had the light soy sauce ramen and the rich soy sauce ramen, as the name of the restaurant suggests. First, I had the rich soy sauce ramen. I thought it would be rich because of the backfat, but the soup had soy sauce and animal-based flavors reminiscent of Takeoka-style soup. When I received the menma before it was submerged in the soup, it was accented with coarsely ground pepper, and I felt that they were very particular about the seasoning. As you eat, the noodles become stained with the soy sauce.I like dark soy sauce, so I enjoyed this change as I finished my meal. I was also curious about the light soy sauce ramen, so I came back the next day. I thought this would be a rich version with less soy sauce, but it was a soy sauce ramen that reminded me of Iekei, and the difference was not in the thickness, but in the soup itself, and I felt that they were particular about it. In the first place, they seem to be using different types of soy sauce to make their soups, so I was impressed by the special attention they put into making the soup.I want to try the entire menu. It's about 10 minutes from Canal Station and 5 minutes from Tokyo University of Science, so I'd like to visit again if I have a chance to attend an academic conference or something like that. I also think it's great that you can get a large portion for free at this price.

The dark soy sauce and backfat are delicious! ! The fried rice has a good balance of ingredients and is delicious🤩 The delivery time from ordering was quick, which was helpful.

Discover a proper ramen shop in Chiba!! A true Kotderi!! Abura!!!! Really salty!!! I like Jiro-style noodles, so the thin noodles were a bit disappointing. Totally recommended!!
