Best ramen in all Tokyo

It's been a while since I visited. Entered the store around 12:30 on Friday. I didn't have to wait in line to get in, but I was able to get a seat and the place was full. It looks like there are about 10 people in line after me. I wonder why there are so many high school students on this day? 😅 I ordered tonkotsu miso (large, firm noodles, medium oil, strong flavor) and the rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. It's always delicious no matter when I go 😋 The noodles are medium-thin and curly, with the richness of the miso and back fat. I'm thankful that the price remains the same because of the amount of noodles 😌 The chashu is so soft that it falls apart when you hold it with chopsticks, so it's not very satisfying to eat. I got hooked on it about 25 years ago and went to the Minamikashiwa store quite often. It's starting to feel less like a food stall, but the taste is still there 😊 Thank you for your help! It was a gochiso-san 😋
