Missed you on Saturday afternoon! A new ramen shop across from Yokado in Kanamachi. . . It's a family line, but it looks stylish, so it's easy for women to enter. It's popular and the store is full ✨ I'm happy that it feels like a new store 😍 I ordered the YEAH K ramen because it was the best choice. There is also an apron on the right side of the ticket machine, so if you need it, I think it's good to get it here. When I saw the ramen that came, I was surprised by the amount of seaweed! 3 large slices of chashu! Firm and firm meat. Soft-boiled egg and lots of spinach🥬 Some people say that the price is high, but there are many cheap places where you can hardly ride anything 💦 If you ride this much, I think it's worth the price. The taste is mild ♡(´˘`๑) I thought Iekei was too salty and hard, but I can eat it deliciously! ! ! The deliciousness of seaweed and rice is also perfect 🙆🏻👌✨ Rice soaked in soup is also going 🍚 To put it the other way around? If you like salty soy sauce, it may be unsatisfactory, so should I make it a little stronger? 🤔 I think that should be adjusted. However, the temperature of the soup felt a little uneven, with some parts being lukewarm and some being hot. I wonder if there's a family lineage? I felt it at a famous store in the same Kanamachi, so maybe it's something like this. Bean sauce, garlic, vinegar, and pepper are always available at the counter. Doubanjiang is a strange item that tastes more like miso than spicy. It was recommended, so umeboshi is also IN! This is also delicious ♥♥ The thick soup is light and easy to eat (∩❛ڡ❛∩) Next time I want to eat it with green onions! I'm full 😋 Iekei is delicious for the first time! I tought. I ordered the signature menu Yeah K Ramen (¥950). Instead of regular ramen, you'll get more chashu, seaweed, and flavored eggs. The soup has a relatively soft texture, with a hint of pork bone, although the texture is suppressed. I think it is differentiated from the hearty soup of Miuraya on the opposite shore. It might be perfect after drinking. I like this one because the noodles are chewy noodles with a lot of water. One bowl of rice is free. A paper apron is also provided, so you can eat without worrying about your clothes. I was also curious about the toppings, so next time I thought I'd ask for back fat or rock seaweed.
