Ok 👌

2023-10 I used it for the first time in a while for lunch on a weekday. This time I bought "Red Miso Normal 870 yen" from the ticket vending machine. 870 yen? The price has dropped, but half of the flavored eggs that come with it by default are gone, and the char siu has been further downgraded. The char siu has become quite small and is mostly fatty, which is kind of sad. Maybe it's better not to have this at all... The noodles and soup are delicious as always... It's such a shame because until last year, it was a very satisfying ramen that was about the same price and had a ridiculously big, low-fat char siu and half a seasoned egg on top (pictured above). I think they are trying their best to come up with various ideas as prices are soaring, but if this is the case, there may be fewer opportunities to use them in the future. I would like to leave the rating at 5 stars, hoping that the exquisite miso ramen with chashu from back then will be revived. ―――――――――――――― 2023-04 I used it for the first time in a while for lunch on a weekday. I ate it with white miso and red miso, and this time I decided to use white miso again. The price has increased from 900 yen to 940 yen, but with the recent rise in prices, this can't be helped. I bought a meal ticket, asked for ``thick noodles, and light flavor'', poured myself some water, and went to an empty counter seat...huh? It seems like the field of vision in front of me is wide... The partition panel that separated the counter seats from the kitchen until last time is gone, so you can see the kitchen clearly. Maybe the new coronavirus caused the reduction in category 5 and the removal of partitions. There are no more signs asking people to eat silently and wear masks, so it feels much cleaner. I think the atmosphere has improved a lot because the inside of the restaurant looks spacious, doesn't feel oppressive, and you can see the food being prepared. White miso ramen is consistently delicious. Char siu too... huh? Last time I was impressed with how big the char siu was, but this time it was a bit smaller. It's about half the area compared to the previous photo. There are a lot of fatty parts, which is a bit, no, quite disappointing. I don't really pay attention to the size of the char siu, but the char siu at this restaurant was lean, thick, and large, and the default char siu at ramen restaurants around here was by far the most delicious. The bean sprout vegetables are crunchy and plentiful as before. Half of the flavored eggs are also on top. Overall, the ramen was perfectly delicious and filling, but... Is it possible for you to somehow change the pork roast back to the lean meat (shoulder roast?) that is large and filling. I don't mind raising the price a little more. Otherwise, the charm of this store will be halved. Well, you might say I'll just spend money and eat char siu noodles, but I can't eat that much meat, so... Besides myself, I think there are many people who like this restaurant who are looking forward to that big char siu. ―――――――――――――――――――― 2022-12 This ramen restaurant is located on the southern edge of Kamagaya City, along the prefectural road Funabashi Abiko Line (Funatori Line). This restaurant's signature menu is miso ramen, and I think it's been about 10 years since it opened. I remember going there a few times when it first opened, but as I got older I started to avoid strong-flavored ramen, and before I knew it, I hadn't eaten there in years. However, I saw a review online saying that the taste has changed a lot since it opened and it has become even more delicious, so I went there for a weekday lunch for the first time in a few years. I think the nearest station is Magomezawa on the Tobu Urban Park Line, but it's a bit far if you walk. Access by car is convenient as more than 10 cars can be parked on the premises. I arrived around 11:40 and there was one car and one other customer. There is a ticket vending machine right after entering the sliding door entrance. Since I had already forgotten what I had eaten in the past, I clicked on the ``White Miso Ramen 900 yen'' button on the top left of the ramen menu, which seemed to be my favorite. As soon as I bought my meal ticket, the woman in charge of the restaurant (perhaps the owner's wife) took the ticket and asked me if I wanted noodles or soup. You can choose between thick or thin noodles, and the thick noodles seem to go well with miso. I didn't know much about the rest, so I asked for everything to be normal. There was a container of garlic and ginger on the counter near the entrance, so I grabbed some ginger and sat down at an empty counter seat. There are about 8 chairs at the L-shaped counter inside the store. It's divided by clear panels, and there don't seem to be any table seats. The kitchen is located inside the counter, but there is a partition at eye level, so you can't see much of what's going on inside, which is a bit of a shame. Serving time is quick, about 5 minutes. It looks quite filling and luxurious with a heaping amount of vegetables and a large chashu pork. As soon as I slurped the soup, I realized, oh, this is so delicious. The miso has a good richness, and the balance with the animal-based soup is very good. The noodles are slightly yellow and wavy, with a smooth and chewy texture that goes well with the miso soup. The vegetables are so plentiful that they would be paid toppings at a normal ramen restaurant, and I think they are bean sprouts, onions, and cabbage, and the crunchy texture is very delicious. The chashu is a shoulder roast with less fat (probably), which is also my preference. The half-flavored egg that comes with it by default has a creamy yolk and is delicious. If this is the case, you might want to add one more topping. Is the black color the chopped wood ear mushroom? This is also a nice accent. The noodles, soup, and toppings are all delicious and I have nothing to say. I wasn't able to finish the soup because I was avoiding salt, but I'm sure I would have finished it if I was younger. Personally, I think it would be better if it had a lighter flavor, so next time I have a chance to eat it, I'll ask for a lighter flavor. When I came here for the first time in a while, the miso ramen was of very high quality. There are many delicious ramen shops around here, and it seems like it's a competitive area, but I hope this shop will continue to do well for a long time.

Tonobe, Kamagaya City Low side store along the Funatori Line I was able to visit again on weekends because the daytime business hours are until 15:00. ―――――――――― I didn't have any plans to go at all, so I happened to be open for business, so it was convex. I wonder if this is the place where Daikokuya Shokuhin 🍜 used to be! ? I knew about the existence of the store from before. The shop owner is a one-man operation, and the customer service is good, and the store is clean and comfortable. Purchase special white miso ramen ¥1000 and half rice ¥130 at the ticket vending machine and call for thin noodles, thick noodles to thick noodles, and noodle hard noodles. Bring water to the counter with the cold water machine self Arrive in about 5 minutes Stir-fried bean sprouts, minced meat, half an egg, pork belly chashu, bamboo shoots, chopped green onions Start with the soup Delicious 🍜 The pork bone-based soup is rich and deep, and the crunchy stir-fried bean sprouts are really delicious. The umami of the pork bones is extracted, and the rim of the rice bowl is covered with delicious fat! Homemade miso is available, but the secret ingredient is Japanese pepper powder! Ginger, garlic, etc. You can see that it takes a lot of time to mix various seasonings. There are many shops where the miso ramen is not good even if the soy sauce ramen that tends to be common is delicious, but here's miso is delicious. It's not a rasho type or a family line, it's more like a Kurumaya ramen, but it's much tastier than Kurumaya. The taste was a little dark by default, and there was no salt edge, and it was an exquisite balance. I rarely drank 80%. The noodles are also flat and thick with a slightly higher water content and have a wheat taste and are delicious with the soup. I enjoyed the delicious miso ramen after a long time. Thank you for the meal. 2023/08
