Sitting and waiting to be seated at our favourite ramen restaurant. I can smell the food and it's driving me crazy but always worth the wait!

A miso ramen shop where you can choose from three types of miso from Shinshu, Hokkaido, and Kyushu. You can also choose other miso for a limited time. Ise miso was added now. I like Shinshu miso. Also, it is always topped with meat and green onions. The addictive taste will make you want to eat it regularly. In addition, children can choose ramen or fried rice, and a toy is included. Ramen restaurants with only counter seats are difficult to visit with children, but this restaurant has spacious table seats and is child-friendly.

Speaking of miso ramen, I went to Tadokoro Shoten and ordered the Hokkaido miso grilled char siu. It arrived within a few minutes of ordering, and when I tried it, I was impressed by the taste of the finished miso ramen. This ramen that made the most of the flavor of miso was very delicious, and the homemade roasted chashu was also thick and chewy. It was a dish that I would want to come back to if I had the chance.
