More Comments at Google MapFirst visit. I was looking forward to the reputation that it was delicious from the surroundings and the high evaluation of word of mouth. It's a small store quietly nestled in a residential area. The parking lot can park about 7 cars next to the store. As soon as you enter the store, you can feel the owner's love for boxing with all the boxing. There is only a 10-seat counter. There are only 4 menus, simple and no additional toppings. I ordered a large serving of char siu noodles, and I was told that the price was raised by ¥50 due to the soaring raw material prices, but I am happy that the char siu noodles are less than ¥1000. Wait for about 5 minutes and get a bowl. It looks like the bowl is warmed up, so be careful! The noodles are thin and the color of the soup is dark. One mouthful of soup, flavored with seasonal soy sauce, not salty and sweet unlike its appearance. The noodles are smooth and thin and easy to eat. Char siu is creamy. Delicious. I calmed myself down. Repeat confirmed! The store clerk is not unfriendly, but just a little quieter. The work was polite and likable. was delicious. I will come again. Visit again. It's crowded during lunchtime, but the turnover is fast, so you don't have to wait too long to be seated. This time, the taste of char siu was thick and salty. The soup was also slightly salty. There is a difference in the depth of flavor depending on the day. Ramen was delicious as always. It's been a long time since I've been to the store, and I raised the price again due to the soaring cost, but compared to other stores, the cost performance is good. A taste that makes you want to eat it regularly. I want to eat again and come to the store. It was noon on a weekday, but the parking lot was full and the shops were lined up. I waited for a while, but the taste is delicious, so I want to eat it even if I wait. The best thing is that the bowl is hot and the soup is hot!
Visited for the first time with a friend around 6:30 pm on a holiday. There is a small parking lot behind the store. The restaurant only has 9 seats at the counter. It is separated by a partition. The menu is only ramen and pork noodles, and there are only 4 types in total. There is rice but no side menu. Inside the store, posters of martial arts are put up all over the wall. Ordered a large serving of chashu noodles. Hachioji ramen with thick soy sauce, thin noodles, and chopped onions. The char siu is large, soft, and delicious! It's even more delicious if you eat it with rice. The owner is unfriendly, but the taste is delicious. This is a restaurant that makes you want to come back again.
It was recommended by a friend who likes Rokudenashi BLUES. It was a high-level Hachioji ramen. It was delicious 😋 The bowl was hot, and I was fired up when I received it! *You cannot increase the amount of onions.
