More Comments at Google MapIt seems that it is usually only open in the evening (weekdays), but there is a lunch time on Saturdays and Sundays. I think you can park there in the parking lot 🅿️. The inside of the store has the feel of an izakaya🏮. To begin with, it's an izakaya in Hakata that not only serves ramen, but also motsu nabe. There are counter seats, table seats, and tatami rooms. The table seat is a table with a built-in gas stove. Hakata ramen is a refreshing and delicious soup that doesn't have a strong tonkotsu smell. The noodles are thin and you can choose the firmness of the noodles. Others include Kyushu Koku Miso Ramen, There was tonkotsu soy sauce ramen, chanpon, etc., and I wanted to try a variety of them. They also had chicken rice, so I'm thinking of trying it someday.
I've always wanted to go, and I finally got to go! ! The atmosphere of the restaurant is that of an izakaya. It's a dream restaurant where you can enjoy some motsunabe while drinking, and finish off with ramen! ! Motsu nabe is a juicy offal dish with plenty of vegetables. The Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious, with thick noodles and a soup that didn't smell bad! !
Hakata ramen and grilled ramen are both delicious and served quickly so you can eat them right away. There are a lot of seats, so you won't have to wait long even at lunchtime.
