There are many coin parking lots in the surrounding area, but the parking fees were quite high, probably because of the area. (I should have used the parking lot at the store) The store has about 8 seats at the counter only. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. I arrived just before lunch, and the seats filled up quickly. There are no ticket machines, so you order at your seat. Shoyu Ramen is a type of ramen that uses old-fashioned Tokyo ramen and local soy sauce that is labeled modern. Since I came all the way to Sagamihara, I ordered modern ramen with local soy sauce. The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes. First of all, you can smell the aroma of dried sardines while taking photos. The soup is clear and you can feel the careful preparation of the broth.
