Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Kaede

Ordered the soba set in the picture. I can't remember what it was called, only that it was tasty. The atmosphere was good though the shop was small and a bit crowded. You can order using a ticket machine so it's pretty easy for foreigners. It's right across the street from the book-off so I recommend giving this place a try if you're shopping there.

Really good Shoyu ramen. The sauce, the stew meat, bamboo shoot and green onion are well mixed together.

The food was delicious and one of the workers spoke English which made it easy. Very clean place and nice people.
