Nishi-Hachioji is the best! Nishi-Hachioji for the first time in a while! The place we headed to was Yasaka, a Chinese soba restaurant with a reputation for Hachioji ramen! This ramen shop is run by a kind-hearted owner, and his personality is reflected in the flavor of the Hachioji ramen's gentle soup! The noodles are so thin and delicious that you can slurp them up and go well with the soup! The soup is made from dried sardines and has a mild flavor that is so comforting that you will never get tired of it! After all, Hachioji ramen has a rich flavor of soup stock and noodles that go down smoothly! I can't complain about Yasaka-san's ramen, which has both of those things! And the char siu is delicious and you can feel the flavor of the meat when you eat it! Nishi-Hachioji is definitely an amazing town! As expected, this is the town I was looking for, with many satisfying restaurants popping up one after another (lol)! Satisfied with the Hachioji ramen, I had a quick chat with the attentive owner, then lightly sprinkled white pepper on the Hachioji ramen and finished it without leaving a drop of the soup! no~! It was delicious! I thought Goemon was the only restaurant in Nishi-Hachioji, but it was eye-opening to find out that there was a restaurant that could compete with Goemon! Wonderful Nishi-Hachioji! If you eat it, you will be satisfied! Wonderful Hachioji ramen that won't leave you disappointed! Enjoy a cup of bliss for dinner tonight! Hachioji ramen with a gentle taste created by a kind owner! I thought the Hachioji ramen was a dignified Hachioji ramen worthy of Tamakirin! This is a cup that I would like everyone to try, so please give it a try!
