More Comments at Google MapI've been eating it since I was a kid, so it's my favorite ramen! I would like to go more if there is a parking lot nearby because it is okay to pay. I would like to give -1 because it is difficult to go due to the parking lot and poor transportation, but I am grateful for the unchanged taste from the past and give it 5 stars. Tomoe's appeal is that the noodles are also straight. I like to eat it as it is at first and sprinkle pepper on the second half. I would like you to continue the shop for a long time ☆
Ramen ¥600 Extra onion ¥100 Very delicious. For the average person, the regular portion is enough. The thin, low-hydration, crunchy noodles pick up the soup well and are very delicious. The soup is dark in color, but not too salty. Instead, it's dried sardines. It's one of my favorite flavors of Hachioji ramen, with a rich, animal-based umami and fatty flavor that leaves a lingering aftertaste, and the owner's friendly atmosphere. To monitor parking, you can see the outside from inside the store on a monitor, it looks like a gangster office lol
I ordered a large portion of Takana Ramen. delicious! The base soup and noodles are delicious, but the takana and sliced char siu go well together. The flavor of the mustard greens melts into the soup, making it even more delicious. I added pepper on the table and it was delicious until the end. Thank you for the meal.
