It's definitely delicious. Visited a little before 2pm on a weekday during Golden Week. There was only one seat available at the counter, and I happened to be able to sit down right away, but I thought maybe it was a busy holiday. Since it was my first visit, I bought a meal ticket for ``Kakitama Ramen'' and rice, which was highly recommended in this post, and ordered everything as normal. (I verbally ordered ``medium'' rice. I had the impression that it was a little more than small rice at other restaurants.) A few minutes later, the source of the delicious smell (pork bone smell) that I had been smelling from the front of the store (or rather, about 10 meters in front of?) was right in front of me. that? Where's the egg? w When you try to pick up the noodles with disposable chopsticks (a rarity these days?), you will notice that the soup is thick. It's not mushy but runny, and it feels like it clings to the noodles well. The noodles were boiled fairly hard, which I thought was normal and just right. When I sipped it, I got the impression that the soup came well with it. It's a little salty, but it's really delicious. It's even more delicious if you wrap it in seaweed and eat it...but I'd like to save it for rice, so I'll settle for just one piece. Once you finish eating the noodles, enjoy the rice. It's good to just throw it into the soup, but it's also good to take a mouthful of rice and dip it into the soup. If you get tired of the strong flavor, you can reset it with shiromeshi. The second visit was cabbage ramen and rice (medium). This ramen and cabbage go well together. It was a refreshing way to eat the cabbage, which had a sweet taste between the rich and rich soup. It felt more like a palate cleanser than an ingredient, but it was also quite delicious. Thank you for the meal.

🍵Thank you Today, I took a detour to Akishima station and went to eat Iekei ramen. Oyamaya Akishima Branch 2-7-6 Showacho, Akishima City, Tokyo eh! 🙀 Coco, this is a family-style ramen shop, right? As you approach the shop, you are enveloped in a nostalgic scent that reminds you of your dreams. Passing through the noren, there is The Tonkotsu World😻 It's the real pork bone smell that I smell for the first time since I came back to Tokyo. Today's purpose is this popular menu "Toki egg ramen". I know that tonkotsu ramen is topped with a raw egg and then beaten to eat, but this is the first time I've tried a menu that has the egg beaten in advance. Toki egg green onion set (¥ 1050) 🍜 While watching the owner stir the pork bone soup in a large pot, I waited for the rice bowl. It's already different from the scent. It is unmistakable authentic pork bone soup. Delicious! ️ This is it! The visual is the same as the family lineage, but the soup is unmistakably authentic Kurume. I never thought I would come across this soup at a family ramen shop. I completely forgot about Toki Tamago, and I was absorbed in drinking the soup🤣 The toppings and noodles themselves are the same as the family lineage, but the soup does not make you feel that it is a family lineage, it is a pure pork bone soup. I also have chopsticks, but I can't stop the lotus root😆 Strangely, the extra-thick noodles are often entwined with this soup and feel familiar. I didn't want it to be firm, so I guess it was just the right amount of softness that went well with the soup. Plenty of spinach is also doing a good job while entwining the egg well. Such a place must be the originality of Toki-tamago and the taste unique to Iekei. The green onion rice that comes with the set is also a simple menu with only green onions on top of rice, but it is well seasoned with lard and Kaeshi, and this is also a pretty addictive menu. After slurping the rich tonkotsu soup, the mouth will be crispy, and it will play a big supporting role to enjoy the deliciousness of this bowl to the end. It's good for chasing rice, but I just had the soup as a side dish😅 Of course, I ate and drank the ramen and green onion rice. I didn't leave a single drop 🤗 After a long time, I was completely in a good mood with a cup of excitement, and although it was a little far away, I walked home. Even now, I can still smell that recall...💤

This is Oyamaya from Toki Tamago Ramen. You can enjoy a one-of-a-kind bowl of Iekei Ramen with Toki Tamago! The richness of Iekei ramen matches perfectly with the egg and it's very delicious. Once you start drinking the soup, you won't be able to stop, so be careful! There are affiliated coin parking lots along the tracks.
