Fussa, Tokyo, Japan｜Ippatsu Ramen Fussa Branch

One of my favorite ramen places. They serve a great portion, the broth is flavorful, and the chashu (roasted pork) is amazing. The store is compact and can get crowded but I went in at 11:30 and it was right before the lunch rush. Go there hungry! They have English menu as well.

It's easy to see why this place is so popular. The ramen is exquisite, and the atmosphere is busy but welcoming. The staff move like a well oiled machine, super friendly, and super professional. You seriously gotta try this place out if you love ramen.

Hands down favorite ramen place just as good today as it was 25 years ago
