This is the most delicious tonkotsu ramen out of all the shops selling tonkotsu ramen in the area! The tonkotsu has a strong taste, but it's not smelly, it's not too salty, and it's delicious! The taste of wood ear mushrooms is a new sensation. Karashi Takana is really spicy as described! If you don't put it in little by little, it will come out quite a bit... The staff at the store were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Since I visited at night, I was a little confused about where to park, but there were about 4 parking spots in the parking lot across the street. It was helpful to have a large signboard.
