It's so delicious, isn't it? I had cold sudachi udon. Add chikuwa tempura, pumpkin tempura, maitake mushroom tempura, and soft-boiled egg tempura as extras for a great feeling

I think it's a personal preference, but this one has a thicker dashi than the ⚪︎⚪︎ made noodles, and the tempura was not greasy and delicious.
