When you are almost finished eating the tsukemen, they will bring you the split soup. This time's daily soup was garlic sprouts. It's delicious to drink on its own, and it's even more delicious when combined with dipping sauce. The noodles for Niku Niboshi Ramen are 160g. The noodles for Niku-bonito Tsukemen are 200g. This is my favorite restaurant with light Chinese soba noodles, authentic tsukemen and ramen, and a very high degree of perfection. Among the ramen shops around Ozaku Station, it is by far the best.
