OMGGGG THIS RAMEN IS SOOOO GOOD! The name means garlic ramen. He has two kinds. Tonkotsu shoyu ( pork and soy sauce base) or Tonkotsu miso ( pork and miso base). You’ve got to add a pieces of crushed garlic and ground sesame trust me 😍 It’s very delicious definitely a “treat ramen” although it’s not heavy it feels very high in fat: sodium ( hence the deliciousness) the owner runs the entire shop BY HIMSELF! Cleaning cooking waiting tables etc. so when you sit down there’s a towel it’s your job to wash the space you use. He’s very kind. I wish it was open earlier than 7 !

I stopped by on my way back from a tour. As the name suggests, it is a must-see for garlic lovers. There are only two types of soup: soy sauce and miso, and two types each: normal ramen and chashu noodles. There is no rice, but there is a substitute (100 yen). The elderly general is running the operation on a one-time basis, so the delivery is slow, but within an acceptable range. Rather, it's better to look forward to it and watch the cooking process. It's a little difficult to find a parking spot because the surrounding roads (one hell of a road) and the parking lot situation are not good, but it's not extremely far from the store, so it's not a problem. This time I ordered normal soy sauce ramen with a substitute, but next time I would like to try miso. There are only about 10 counter seats and no table seats, so depending on the time of day there may be a line. All of the various garlic garnishes provided at the seats were so delicious that they stood on their own, so much so that I just wanted to have a drink with them (lol). We also have a garlic masher available so you can squeeze as much as you like (lol) I recommend garlic! !
