Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Tairyu

I like their fried rice and mapo-tofu. It's not spicy. It maybe the Japanese-style chinese food. But it's not a bad thing. This is comfort food for me.

It was so delicious that I never thought I would be able to eat such ideal town Chinese food at Yokohama Station. I've been there several times, but I especially recommend the ramen + half-fried rice set and the ankake gomoku yakisoba. Ramen and fried rice is really the ideal town ramen and fried rice. Simple old-fashioned soy sauce ramen, but the soup, noodles, and grilled pork are all ◎. Recently, various types of ramen such as Iekei have been released, but the ramen here is so delicious that it is no exaggeration to say that it is the origin and the top. Also, although the fried rice is crispy, it is not greasy. Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba is so delicious that someone will always eat it when you enter the store. It is served on an iron plate that is so hot that it can be heard sizzling. Masu. There are two types of noodles, soft and hard, but I personally recommend the soft noodles because you can enjoy two types of noodles: the soft part and the crispy part that has been grilled on the iron plate. Of course, other dishes such as Cantonese noodles are also very delicious. The store is a little narrower than other stores, but the staff's service is attentive, and the turnover rate is good even during busy times such as lunchtime, so you can eat without waiting that long. Above all, Yokohama has a Chinatown and there are various Chinese restaurants, but this is a really ideal Chinese town, so I recommend it.

This store is a cheap, fast, and good store that has been running Sotetsu Joinus since its founding. The Gomoku Yakisoba came on a hot iron plate and was piping hot and very delicious.
