More Comments at Google MapIncredibly delicious Jiro style ramen. Noodles are thick and chewy while the veggies have a quick blanch and maintain a crispy crunch when you bite through it. The soft creamy pork fat make for an assortment of textures in each bite. Soup is very much a deep pork broth. As Jiro cult followers would say, the pork fat and bones have emulsified to make a perfect soup. The tare is actually a bit sweet and very flavorful. Highly recommend a visit to Eiji.
This place is a must go place if you're a fan of "Jiro" style ramen. Be warned, the portion here is over the top. If you're confident in eating Jiro then order the normal ramen. However, if you're a beginner then I'd suggest that you choose "ミニラーメン(mini ramen)". The noodles it uses are extra thick with wonderful texture. Also, the shop serves "まぜそば" (mazesoba) and it's heavenly.
Yeah, this is absolutely the best Ramen I've ever had of this kind. The pork broth gets you to the extasy.
