Solid Ramen Quality, but their Gyoza is the best I've tried.

I had the Kiyomi Tsukemen for lunch, and it was really delicious. The noodles, soup, and toppings are perfect. As soon as I ate it, the face of the legendary owner of Taishōken flashed through my mind. I've eaten a lot of different kinds of ramen, and I've eaten a lot of Taishoken ramen, but I think this one is the closest to the taste of its predecessor. I wonder if the shop owner trained at Taishoken (I don't know). The lunch limited truffle rice and split soup were amazing. The whole thing exudes elegance. I'm very satisfied. I think even foreigners would be surprised if they tried it. I go there regularly.
