More Comments at Google MapI went there when it was around Nishi-Koyama and it was delicious so I wanted to eat there again, but since it opened near my dream, I've been going there quite a bit. I can't get enough of the Musashi family feel. This is by far the best in the Sengawa family!
★★Added April 2023 The shop has created a Twitter account. @taketoraya116 If you show the screen that you are following, you can get spinach, seaweed, or flavored egg toppings for free, so we recommend it! Also, there seems to be a service that suddenly allows followers to add spicy char siu to their rice for free. Due to soaring prices, prices have been raised slightly since April. ★★Added December 2022 Well, the ``char siu bowl'' at this restaurant is surprisingly delicious, and lately I've been ordering it instead of rice. Oh, rice has been changed from 50 yen to free. And the chashu bowl... The combination of the fragrant roasted pork fillet with mayonnaise, green onions, and Korean seaweed is more delicious than I expected. It's usually good. If you come to our store, why not try it out? By the way, the char siu bowl (medium) costs 300 yen. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- I'd like to say in advance that I'm not a ramen connoisseur, and I don't often eat Iekei ramen. Well, it seems like it's been made recently, and I came to the store after being influenced by a video of red Nakamura's family ramen with garlic. The soup was rich and had a lot of oil, so it was pretty hard on my stomach on my first visit. But is the chashu smoked? It looks like it's cooked, and the noodles tasted good too. So, the second time I ordered it with less oil...oh, this was just right for me! ! Furthermore, if you put a lot of raw garlic on top of the nori and eat it, it will be delicious! It also goes well with white rice. So, even though I'm an amateur, I found it quite delicious, and I plan to go there often from now on.
Iekei ramen shop newly opened in Sengawa. I've visited twice since the store opened, but the default flavor was a little strong, so I asked for a lighter one and it was just right. It's a soy sauce pork bone soup with a kick and sharpness, oh this is it! It's a taste that makes you feel good. The noodles were also thick and filling, and the soup was well entwined and delicious. Around the end of the season, I added the special vinegar (with garlic, dried sardines, and kombu seaweed?) on the table, and it was excellent! When I added this vinegar, the depth of the soup was greatly increased and it was very delicious, so I recommend you to try it. Rice is 50 yen and refills are free, and pickles are also included. Thinly sliced smoked char siu, so it goes well with rice.
