More Comments at Google MapWhen I first tried the chicken char siu, I thought it would be tough since it was cut so thick and cooked through, but I was surprised at how soft and chewy it was, and how delicious it was! ✨ I've never tasted this before, and I think it's a wonderful craftsmanship that you can't make at home because the temperature is well controlled. If you soak it in the soup, it will become hard towards the end, but the texture will not change at all. Of course regular char siu is delicious, but I love this chicken char siu so much that it's even more delicious😋 And not only that, but the menma is also thick and has the best crunchy texture, which I love (person*´∀`) Sorry, this is the first time I've reviewed only chicken char siu😆🎵🎵
I received the special chicken soup Chinese noodles (salt). A sip of soup. delicious! It's light but has a strong flavor. People who like rich flavors may find it a little thin. Personally, I quite like it. The pork and chicken char siu also have the right taste, thickness, and size. Nowadays, it's often a bit thin or just plain, but this is a good impression. Overall, a cup that was put together at a high level. These days, 1100 yen is cheap. You can feel the owner's good taste, including the atmosphere of the shop. I would be more than happy if you could accept smartphone payments.
Ordered chicken soup Chinese noodles and soy sauce. There is a parking lot for 2 cars in front of the store (although it is a little small). There are 8 tables and 4 to 5 counter seats in the back. The inside of the store is bright and clean, and the two staff members provide good customer service. There are pop-ups around the ticket vending machine, making it difficult to understand the menu, but there are four types of noodles: Chinese noodles with soy sauce and salt, tsukemen, and mixed noodles. The Chinese noodles were served within 4 minutes of ordering, and although the soup was made from chicken stock, it wasn't cheap, the thick noodles were smoother than I expected, the chashu pork was juicy and soft, and the extra-thick menma tasted good. Delicious without a doubt. It's been a long time since I discovered delicious soy sauce ramen. I would love to come again.
