Today, July 17th (holiday), when I entered the store around 18:00, all 8 customers were waiting for ramen, and the clerk was in a state of one-off surgery, and on top of that, he was constantly shaking the pot with a nice smile. I came. There are many ramen that are just delicious, but the presence or absence of a gentle smile of the staff is directly linked to the satisfaction of the meal. Thank you for making me want to work with a smile in mind. For me who lives in Yokohama, Kodaira is 90 minutes by car, but I will stop by again and think of soy sauce next time.
