More Comments at Google MapA ramen shop with a yellow sign located along National Route 463 that crosses Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture. This is a Hakata tonkotsu ramen restaurant. There is an aquarium of ornamental fish in front of the shop, giving it a cool atmosphere. Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine. Half fried rice ramen set 1,200 yen. Ramen alone costs 1,000 yen, which can't be helped these days with high prices, but it seems a little expensive. The inside of the store has about 8 seats at the counter and several table seats, so there is plenty of space. The friendly staff and the owner's wife give you a smiley customer service that makes you feel at ease. Inside the donburi, you can tell just by looking at the creamy, thick pork bone soup and thin noodles that look like somen. I'm an amateur at this, but the noodles seem to be made from a wheat flour called sunflower, which may be the origin of the restaurant's name. I imagine. It's delicious if you stir the noodles, which are thinner than the somen noodles, and slurp them all the time without letting them get tangled in the thick soup! Is it a bit salty? There is a feeling, but it feels comfortable. It doesn't feel like it's been forced to become mushy, but the soup is properly made and the richness of the pork bones is irresistible. It's so delicious! The toppings are pickled ginger, mustard mustard greens, garlic chips, and peeled garlic. The mustard mustard greens went well with the soup and was delicious, but I wish I had added peeled garlic. There is a garlic crusher, but the staff seems to wash it after each use, so I was reluctant to use it. Thin yet strong noodles like strings lift the sticky soup firmly and deliver it to your mouth. Even though the noodles are delicious on their own, the harmony with the soup is amazing! And the pork bone smell of Nagahama ramen was absent. This will be popular among women as well. This is cheap even for 1,000 yen ramen. Unfortunately, it was half fried rice. . . It has a black color, like burnt, but it tasted just as I expected. sorry. This is charred soy sauce rice. I understand the intended taste, but the soy sauce was just too salty, relying on the thin flavor of the chashu, and it wasn't delicious. I wish a restaurant that makes such delicious ramen would have been more particular about it. However, the taste of the ramen is top notch. I felt this was more authentic than the regular ramen in Ginza or Nihonbashi that cost over 1,000 yen.
This is a tonkotsu ramen restaurant located along the Urawa Tokorozawa Bypass. There is a parking lot, but it is not very large. Buy a meal ticket at the entrance and enter. This time I ordered white ramen, mentaiko rice, and 3 gyoza. Came in at 11am on a Saturday. There were no other customers. Tonkotsu ramen is not very rich and is rather light. However, the taste of pork bones is strong and easy to eat. It was very delicious. I feel like I can eat as many cups as I want (lol) Also, the mentaiko rice had quite a bit of mentaiko on it and was very delicious. Also, the gyoza had a crispy skin and plenty of filling inside and was very delicious. This might be the best gyoza I've eaten recently. There are 6 and 3 pieces of gyoza, so we recommend the set that includes ramen, mentaiko rice, and gyoza.
I was looking for a restaurant near the hotel where I was staying that had morning ramen, and I found it❗ Looks like I've discovered the best shop⛏️ It's exactly like the ramen you get in Fukuoka Prefecture🤗 And this is the ultimate taste of Fukuoka prefecture tonkotsu ramen🍜 The business hours are from early morning, and the services such as extra eggs and extra soup are so good that I wish they would open in Fukuoka Prefecture 🙇♂️w However, because we are such a good tonkotsu ramen shop, we want them to do their best in the Kanto region and spread the word about the goodness of Fukuoka's ramen 😁🎶 My writing ability is below that of an elementary school student, so this is my best impression 😅 I plan to visit Kanto at least once a year, so I want to come back to eat at least once a year☺️ Thank you for the meal🙏
