More Comments at Google MapVery long line to get in (1 hour 20 mins) but worth it. I ordered チャーシューつけ蕎麦。It came with 3 kinds of pork: shoulder, belly, and loin. All 3 were masterfully made and blended nicely with the broth. The noodles were served cold, and had an excellent bite. The broth was thinner than usual, but had a very umami taste. Adding lemon at the end is recommended. I will come back if I'm in the area.
great tsukemen, but be prepared to wait in line for a while!
Arrived at 9:30 on Saturday! There are already about 10 people in line. Even before the store opens, I buy food tickets in advance, so I feel a little reluctant to pull back.I open the door and enter the store to purchase ``Chinese Soba and Charcoal-grilled Char Siu Bowl''. By the time the store opened at 11am, there were about 40 people in line. About 15 minutes after entering the store, the char siu bowl arrived first! It's definitely delicious. After a while, I also had a bowl of Chinese soba noodles. Great visual! The rich soup has a rich flavor that soaks into your body, and the noodles, unlike tsukemen, are medium-thin and straight, and have a nice chewy texture. The char siu is thick but soft and has great flavor! The tsukemen is delicious, but the Chinese soba is also of a high standard! I was very satisfied and thank you for the meal.
