Excellent of the Japanese traditional noodles, Soba and Udon.

Visited Musashino before going to the school festival! ! I wish I had met you sooner, udon (@￣ρ￣@) Recommended for those who want to enjoy soba and udon at the same time. Personally, I couldn't stand the chewy texture and wheat taste of the udon...(๑¯﹃¯๑ I decided to go there every time I have something to do at Kokubunji... ◎Assorted Meat Half ¥910 (300g noodles) A great feature is that you can choose the amount of noodles from 1kg to 300g. If you have a normal stomach size, we recommend half! Is soba 10%...? As expected, the soba has a strong aroma, firmness, and chewiness...and it's delicious. However, personally, I found the extra-thick udon noodles to be delicious because they were easily mixed with the meat sauce... The chewy noodles had a strong wheat taste that was irresistible when you ate them...The meat was rich in the flavor of the pork belly, and the flavor of the bonito stock was so delicious...It was so delicious that I wanted to drink all of the dipping sauce ( ๑¯﹃¯๑) I visited around 12:30 on a Sunday, and it was already full so I was seated within 10 minutes!

delicious. Too delicious. It's been a while since I last visited, but they served something called ``soba yuwari shochu'' both hot and iced, and I was really impressed. Next time I want to come and have a drink with my friends.
