Umezu is a very popular restaurant in Kokubunji, a battleground for motsuyaki. It was more than a year since my last visit. Since it is closed on Sundays, I could not go there easily, so I went there on a public holiday. It was around 20:00, but quite a few skewers were sold out. It seems that it is best to arrive early. All of them were large and the best motsu, but the most delicious ones were the teppo and offal stew. Motsu stew was the most delicious in my life... Salty and sweet!
